GEORGE M. ROMANENKO
George M. Romanenko is a C-Level professional focusing on strategic development and initiatives in the International luxury retail market. His career spans over 20 years and he has a diverse background of which 12 years were spent in the International travel luxury retail market. During his tenure as CIO/COO, George continually focused upon technology, process and procedures aimed at providing the luxury consumer with a differentiated customer experience.
As CEO of a high line luxury Jewelry Retailer George continued to build on the fundamentals of a luxury shopping experience. While at Price Waterhouse, George spent 3 years as a Senior Consultant for a luxury cruise line. He was a Graduate Professor for an Online University in the areas of Information Technology and Business Processes and Analysis courses. George has extensive experience in online teaching and adult learning environments.
George has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Northwestern University and received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami in International Business and Finance.
RUSSELL R. HILL
Russell R. Hill is a career professional in the luxury car business.
Russ is the former head of sales and retail operations for Audi of America. During his 33 years with the luxury division of Volkswagen of America, Russ successfully completed senior executive positions in sales, marketing, and retail field operations for both Audi and Porsche. In his final ten years with Audi of America, Russ lead the Audi Comeback Team to record sales performance making North America the number one export market for Audi worldwide.
Following his career with Audi, Russ became a retailer in Northern California. As an Area Vice President, he lead the development of the first retail platform for Penske Automotive Group in Northern California. His seven dealership group included the fourth largest Honda store in the USA, the largest Audi Dealership in Northern California, the second largest Porsche store in the Bay area, in addition to two Acura stores in Silicon Valley and two more Honda stores in high income markets. Finally as Vice President of Retail Operations for the Penske Group, Russ directed the Smart Car dealer launch initiative.
Russ graduated from the University of Florida with a BSBA degree in Marketing/Management.
DON E. SKUTA
Don E. Skuta is an experienced sales and marketing executive with more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in the luxury automotive industry.
As Vice President of Champion Motors, Don was involved in the business development of both the Porsche and Audi franchises. In addition, Don was instrumental in the creation and development of the Champion Racing Team, resulting in numerous international championships and being the first United States team to win the 24 hours of Le Mans in 36 years.
Over the twenty year span, Champion Motors was recognized each year as the largest volume Porsche dealership in the World; Furthermore, its Audi dealership held the distinction of the number one dealership in the United States for several years. Don was selected to be on the National Audi Dealer Council for 5 years and served as council chairman for 3 of those years. Don was also a member of the National Audi Marketing Council for 12 years. Don has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Management from Eastern Illinois University.
